Introspection

Usually, one thinks that this kind of experience enriches you. I can’t completely contradict this idea, but I have to say that in my case, it’s a bit puzzling, at least by now. Indeed, I know that I came back to Switzerland less than one year ago and it’s probably far too early to evaluate my stay in DC. Anyway, I give me the right to think about it, to try to grasp the evolving process of integration of this experience.

Actually, instead of feeling enriched, I feel split into two impossible possible alternatives. As i feel clearly the advantages and inconveniences of living in each place, I can’t live here anymore, nor going back to DC: everywhere, something would be missing.

Something would be missing…
Isn’t it the burden of each lives? Wherever and whatever you’re living?
Going a bit further, I would rather say that the problem is elsewhere: someone is missing!
